Data lost when restart the system

Hello,

hi this is surendar, i have a problem with my system when restrat my system I lost the data which i am saved,but in my system not installed any softwares like NORTON GOBACK please send the solution for this problem

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 7.0

Hi,

Before shutting down try to backup your system using Windows backup wizard and then after rebooting try to restore your system.
In case the problem persists I recommend you to repair your Windows.
don't forget to backup your important data to CDs/DVDs.
