What is my email server address?

Hello,
just trying to set up outlook express for the first time. i bought an iphone and the only way (im told) to save / sync my contacts information using a pc is through outlook express. when i open outlook express it asks for my POP3 (incoming email) server address. how do i find out what my POP3 incoming email server address is?
