Your HP laptop has Mobile Intel® GMA X3100 video. You will not be able to run ATI or NVIDIA graphics on this laptop. There is no way to add a new graphic card to this laptop,

Most Dell laptops also run the Intel video chips. You will need to find a gaming laptop that has a faster video chip.

Mudbox requires "Certified OpenGL graphics cards" that are only made for special high-end graphics workstations. These cards normally cost over $1000. I doubt you can find any laptop that can run this software.
