I think that the driver is installed but the issue resides with the device manager, a problem which occurs after a Win reinstallation.
Please refer to this Microsoft article which also contains a hotfix to download and install. I am pretty sure your problem will then be solved in a matter of second and there will be no need to look for the driver anymore.
