You are ahead of the game a bit. All web is a name that is translated to en IP ADDRESS. DNS is the service. You normally put a few DNS IP Address in your network settings. Might include the router's IP as well as the DNS IP address for your ISP. If worse comes to worse put a web site search engine's name and IP Address into your hosts file. Then you can use it to act as your DNS. |
