Removal of virus from pendrive

Hello,
my pendrive is infected with viruses.....i tried many ways..........i scanned it with kaspersky,but nothing happened..i even formatted it but no result...please send me what to do..

Configuration: Windows Vista
Internet Explorer 7.0
