Block internet access with ethernet switch

Hello,

I have a netgear fs116 ethernet switch. I would like to block internet access for some computers on the network during certain times. Is this possible?

No u can block it by going to control panel network connections and putting a password on it but u cant block it at times.

How i block internet access of some specific hosts in my LAN.My LAN is arrange a core switch through ofc and than 3com switch.
