cannot hear sound from my laptopClosed

Hello,  
 I cannot hear sound from my laptop although, i have installed appropriate drivers but still the sound is not coming. Could you provide me a better solution to fix this issue. Please help.

It is not very easy to fix the sound it has make me go crazy for dew months now it seem to work proply since i try fix from help and support center....
