Hi,
Follow and apply these instructions for the code 10 of usb device not recognized:
Click on Start->run>type devmgmt.msc or directly right click my computer>properties>hardware tab then click on device manager.Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers section.now right-click every device under the Universal Serial Bus controllers node, and then click Uninstall to remove them one at a time.Now restart computer and let it reinstall the drivers automatically by plugging the device to usb port.

Can anyone help me uyse alcorMp portable. I don't understand much about it. There is a 01, 02, 03 thing where it is supposed to come up but it won't. anyway, will anyone guide me with it?
