Hello,


I can't to connect to a printer on the network. I restart/refresh the spooler and was still receiving the error message "Windows cannot connect to the printer. The printer spooler is not running".
Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0

Hello

Is this a printer you are sharing from another computer on your network or it is directly connected to the network?

You can check to make sure the computer to which the printer is connected to is working properly ( if you answer yes to part one above ).

you may also want to check that you have the proper driver for the printer you are trying to connect to.

The Print spooler service stops whenever i try to install a printer.I even tried reinstalling SP 2 in windows XP.Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
