Hello,

I have a HP Pavilion DV6000 laptop with a 2gb Kingston PC2-4300 ram and running on Windows xp for three years now. Last month, I realized that my left speaker was not committing any sound but the right speaker did. Today, both speakers are now not committing any sound. However, when I plug my desktop speakers to my laptop I hear sound. So I'm guessing that my speakers has been blown, even though I do not blast my music loud. Is there any suggestions that can fix this problem so I don't have to waste an incredible amount of money for the manufacture to fix it.

Thank You.

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 2.0.0.3

Hi,
if you don't want to spend much money on repairing the speakers, you can connect external speakers with your laptop. i guess that will cost you less!
