Hello when i start my pc or restart it an message appears: Windows cannot find C:\WINDOWS\crss.exr i scanned my pc with Norton Internet Securoty 2009 and uniblue spyeraser 2 and it is not detected please i need help this is annoing me

Configuration: Windows XP sp3
Internet Explorer 7
video card winfast a7600 gt
512 mb RAM

You might have had a virus removed by your anti-virus software and there is a start command left over in the registry. I suggest you download a free program CCleaner that will clean your registry and optionally remove junk files. You can download it here:
