acer 9410z factory restoreClosed

Question

Hello, 


yes I have tried the f8 and alt f10 and I get no options for a restore. I have been sent to the safe mode boot up and some screen that allows me to select the os. also I have no programs on the start menu that have been mentioned nor do I have a disc. has anyone had this problem and if so how can I restore.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0
