My pendrive shows insert the disk

Hello,
i have just cut my file from pendrive and copy it into my laptop , and i want to format my pendrive but it did not format.
again i do but it show me please insert n a disk in drive of pendrive. i get totally confused so to overcme this what i do plz help me..

Hi sir

my pen drive is connect with pc but not formation and showing a file.

when i click it, its shows me error of insert disk.
