Video Controller VGA Compatible Code 28

Hello,
Laptop HP Pavilion dv7 1213 EA
AMD Turion 64 ATI Radeon 3450
downgraded to XP from VISTA
Have issues with Videod driver ( has yellow question mark). Can any body provide the correct driver to resolve the issue.
The Hardward ids - PCI VEN 1002 DEV SUBSYS 95C4.
Any help would be appreciated.

thanks for the reply.

I wish that easy. I tried several times to update driver, comes back with message "cannot find suitable drivers".
