I haven't been able to log into my hotmail email for about a week. I've been trying and trying. I think someone has hacked into my email address. When I log on it says password or email is incorrect and I know that I am typing in both correctly. I hit the forgot your password link to try to reset it and it asks me for a secret answer that I don't remember setting up. I have email microsoft support and they ask me questions like my name, country, region, isp provider, etc. They emailed me back and told me that I got some answers to some questions wrong and they can't disclose which ones so they said that they could not help me anymore. I don't know what to do!! I want my email address back because I have very important emails coming to this address. Is there anyway my email can be recovered back to me? Please help!!
