Spybot, now errors

Hello,

A firend loaded Spybot and it found several hits. After trying to activate the recommended method of dealing with the problems I now have error messages when I shut down my computer and the computing is much slower. The most frequent error message is as follows-WINDOWS ERROR: OE:0177:BFF8E64B.
Another is FILE NAME VWIN32(05)+000012DO ERROR:OE:0028:0029A4A8.

My Outlook Express and internet still work as before but everything seems slower.

I am learning as I go so please try to answer in regular english, not computer english. Thank you for your help.
