Javascript and flash player

Hello,
appreciate your help and time.
when i go to utube it always show me a message saying the following:
either my javascript is turned off,or my flash player version is old.
any advice?

Yes, update your java and flash player. U should find your java in control panel. 4 flash player download, go 2 link below:

I've had that problem. I resolved my issue by checking the Flashplayer troubleshooting page

http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/

and downloading the flash unistaller from there before reinstalling the latest version. This resolved the issues straight away
