No connectivity on windows sever 2003 r2 sp2

Hello,
i recently put windows server 2003 on my server and it does notn even recognise the network connection i put all the drivers for the network card in my computer but i still get no connection is there any thing i can do it. i may just put ubuntu sever edition on it cause i just recently switched back to windows (unfortunately).
