Abbey FineReader OCR (blank pdf's)

Hello,

I recently OCR'd some PDF's in Abbey FineReader 8.0. The PDF's were between 300-500 pages long. The PDF's OCR'd ok up to the 150 page mark then all the pages there after were blank.

These are the settings I used.

PDF to PDF
Text Under Image
Printable quality output
English Language only.

I have used Abbey FineReader on a number of occasions and never come across this problem before. Any advance or answers would be helpul.
