Rajalakshmi, on Saturday August 2, 2008 04:21:56 PM To solve this problem
Solution below:
Regedit (start menu -> run -> type regedit)
Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Microsoft -> Office -> 11.0 -> Delivery
There should be only 1 directory under Delivery, which is your DownloadCode (mine was 90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9). Select that directory. On the right side of the screen, right-click on CDCache. Change the value to 0.
My problem solved. Reply to Rajalakshmi

Fran, on Sunday November 2, 2008 07:43:26 PM Thanks for posting this fix. It worked for me. Do you know what broke it to begin with? I've been running MS Office on my computer for a few years now and this has never happened before.
Thanks again. Reply to Fran |

divya, on Sunday November 9, 2008 03:58:22 AM Hello, I have sku011.CAB error. In registry edit I changed "2" to "0", but before that may have deleted something in "delivery" under "Office" instead of Office=> 11.0.
Do you know if that's fixable? I mean I'm just guessing as I have changed 2 to 0, but it's still same error, and before that i made tht mistake. I'll appreciate any help, as I am reallly low-tech person. thanks Reply to divya |
