You tube downloaded videos not playing

Hello,

I am getting a problem while playing you-tube downloaded videos on any player (vlc, mplayer etc........)
on my system. videos can downloaded easily but do not play. I mean cursor jst starts & suddenly stops.......
plz help me ........solve this problem

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.4
