Hello,
I have a Hitachi 160Gb sata Hard disk.I connected it to my pc.Power supply connected to the hard disk is of legacy port type.
The hard disk is detecting in windows, but i cannot format it in windows.
so i tried to format it using windows xp disk.
The setup is loading,i can even partition the disk. But when i tries to format the disk,an error occurs.
It says that the scsi device might be damaged,so cannot format.
So what should i do now.
can anyone tell me the solution

Configuration: Windows XP
Google Chrome 1.0.154.36
Hitachi 160 GB SATA
