Voice Recognition Software

Hi,

Can anyone give me some recommendations for a good Voice Recognition - Print to Speech and Speech to print software - something really simple to use, plz?

The stuff that Microsoft provides with Windows is king of basic and doesn’t work really well in my opinion...

Also, I never succeed to make the "Speech to Print" work correctly. The actual problem with Microsoft's Voice to Print software is that every time I've tried to open it I always get that it won’t open because it is being used somewhere else... Of course I have no idea where else it is being used or could be? Is that a regular issue with this kind of software?

So, I'm hoping that a different program will solve this problem, and that, you guys, could give me some good advice on the subject.

Also, I’d like to know if certain sound cards and/or microphone are best for this. Is it possible that the Microsoft software doesn’t work because I have something like a non-compatible sound card?

I'm used to run a software for a number of years.

It is not freeware. It cost about $100 USD now if I remember well.

It's the software that gave me best results over the MS program.

I'm talking about: Dragon NaturallySpeaking from Nuance.com
