Windows <NULL>

Hello,
everytime that i try to open up windows live, i get a little pop up, on the top it says
'paygcore.search.searchdetection'


and in the box all it says is
'<NULL>' and it only gives me the option to click okay

i have tried to unistall wildows live, and everything else that you get with it, and then reinstall it only to have the same outcome.

is there anything that i can do to get rid of this problem, or know what is causing it?
