Quiet Mouse?

I have a pretty strange request...

I have a basic Microsoft Optical wired mouse at the moment. But as I often use the computer late at night the sound of "Click, click.." often annoys my wife...

So, my question is: Is there a mouse that has quiet buttons? And... a quiet keybord...?

Do you count yourself amongst those men whom at midnight are just barely getting warmed up for a nocturnal round of [insert your latest obsession] game on the PC? If your system is anywhere near the bedroom I'm sure the wailing of the sleeping mistress is a common routine in your evenings, am I right? Apparently WASD are the four loudest keys on the keyboard and are completely intolerable. They have it rough, don't they? It was much quieter at home when we used to stay out late drinking, now look at what we put them through. It's time we did something about this, guys. Or rather let the Japanese do it, and we buy it.
