Good Afternoon

I have some problems with my current Desktop. My computer can't seem to read any USB devices, except for the Mouse and Keyboards. Yes, I've tried moving the different USB devices into the other USB Ports, and I get the same result

What happens is, when I plug in an external storage device, another "local Disk (H:)" appears in my "My Computer". Normally, the name of the device appears (i.e my external HD is Hitachi, so the name "Hitachi (H:)" should appear, but it doesn't.

Yes, said External Hard Drive works with other computers. My other computer can read it without any problems

Anyone have an idea how I can troubleshoot this?

Thank you and once again, good afternoon :)

Dear Sir,

The problem might be sourcing from the fact that the USB port are faulty. Yet get to the Device Manager and have its drives updated to see whether the problem gets fixed.

Thank you.
