Is your webcam integrated to your pc or do you have to plug it in? If it is not working there might be a number of reasons behind this:

1. maybe the driver has not been installed properly. if this is the case you should try to install it again.
2. If you are getting a message saying "THE DEVICE IS NOT DIGITALLY SIGNED FOR WINDOWS", you should just try to bypass it, and it will work all right.
3. if you are making a one to one webcam conversation and your buddy is not seeing you while you can, you should then try to see if it is not your P2P program which has been infected.

I got a laptop for christmas. it has a built in webcam and it worked as soon as i turned it on but ever since then when i try to take a picture it says "webcam device not found" can u help?

Hi there, ive got a USB webcam and vista wont let me insatall the drivers because it sais there not digitally signed.
how do i bypass this?

It is still not working, my webcam is built-in so i can't do much but i've tried disabling and enabling it back but nothings happened. The webcam light comes on but it does not show any picture or movement. I've also restarted my computer.Help! Please!
