Hello,
I used to be able to access the iTunes store, but now it cannot find the network connection. I think it started when I switched to a cable connection and got a wireless router. I have done all the things suggested in the Apple Help, and nothing has worked. Anyone out there who can help me??

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.4

I had the same problem but i got mine resolved by completely restarting itunes (closing itunes and all related processes in window's task manager) then resetting my ground connection... (disabling connection, unplugging it, connecting it, then enabling it) it should work, otherwise i recommend you find some wifi and do your itunes bidding there. for some reason wifi is more reliable with itunes than a grounded connection
