HOW TO OPEN MY WEBCAM

Hello,
i INSTALLED MY WEBCAM A WHILE BACK BUT HAVE NOT USED IT. nOW i WANT TO USE IT BUT CANNOT ACCESS IT. iT IS "INSTALLED AND READY TO USE". sO WHERE IS IT? hOW DO i OPEN IT?

Please consider getting to its software and make sure that you do not need to update its driver for being able to use it.
