Hi there,
Is your device write protected/if so then there is a small switch on the device which needs to be slided in reverse position to remove it else if software write protected then you can remove it by following the instructions from Faq:

You can try to get yourself permission: Step 1: Right-click the file or folder, then click "Properties". Step 2: Click the "Security" tab. Step 3: Under Group or user names, click your name to see the permissions that you have.
