Hello,

Try this 1.

Copy the text starting from "Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00" -->

Open "Notepad" ---> Paste it ---> save the file as fix.reg

Note : Don't forget the file extension .reg.

Now double-click on fix.reg file ---> Click on OK.

Hello,
try this 1
Delete all the cookies and the temp files from the browsers.
Try installing the latest flash player. If the problem still exists then try installing the k-lite codec pack. Click on the below link
http://download.oldapps.com/K-Lite_Codec_Pack/klcodec330f.exe
install it and then Start > Programs > K-Lite Codec Pack > Configuration > Codec Tweak Tool.
then check the checkbox next to [Registry] Fix non-working system sound and click on next.
Good Luck.
