Cd/dvd rom drive doesn't work

Hello,

I have an HP laptop and the cd/dvd drive is not working...not sure if it's the power supply but it's just not opening and neither is it detecting on the hardware list. What should I do?

Pokemon platinum rom - Download - Role playing
Dvd drive repair - Download - Backup and recovery
Pokemon emerald rom - Download - Role playing
Pokemon fire red rom - Download - Role playing
