How I Recover My Deleted Hard Disc Drive

Hello,

I Deleted my Hard Disc Drive.When I deleted my drive at that time I forgot about backup that drive.
Now i want the deleted drive(or data)..
Plz give the solution for that.

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 5.5
