Creative Zen XFi 16Gb not linking to computer

My creative Zen X-Fi is charging off my computer but isn't getting recognised or picked up so I can't add anything onto it. I have formatted it on another computer and intalled the most up to date firmware but it still isn't working. Please Help! :(

my creative zen is not charging in my computer but when i used another computer ir laptop it will charge..pls what is the cause

Hi there,

Its not the palyer nor the usb cable but its your pc usb port,try on another one as for chgarging no driver is required ,
