how to format lava a9 coz i av som virus pls?

Go to Setttings > reset factory settings> 4321> ok...

it will format itself and restart. hope this helps.

Hi there,

Mobile phones are not formatted but flashed instead its almost same like formatting of pc for which special kit and original software is required,so ill advise to take it for repairs at a mobile phone service center .
