Skype is not connecting

Hello,

I always used to contact my family members via skype. But from yesterday i can not connect skype.
when i sign in it , that logo rotated & said contact your network administrator or restatrt your skype.
But i tried severel times by restarting skype. and also i download it back. But still same problem.

please advice me.

Yes,

Messenger is wirking. But no voice.
at least i can send SMS from messenger.

But i cant conect to skype.
