It worked! No one else suggested adding in the shift key with the fn and numlk. Thanks so much.

Lifesaver! Prior to this, I would try the Fn key numerous times with F keys and finally, I would literally just restart my computer. This tip is a lifesaver! Thank you!

struggled for a long time fingers and thumbs, great tip fn + num lk changed letters back to letters not numbers

Thank you for the tip. This Nextbook 2-in-1 need the Fn+Shift+NumLock. Thook care of the problem of loccking. Greatly appreciated!!
