Well you actually need to make the Laptop detect the phone my friend, not the other way around. You'll need to go into you're laptop's settings for detecting/connecting to bluetooth devices, and then on your phone go to the bluetooth settings and change then to where the phone is detectable while your laptop is scanning for nearby devices.

Then you can pair them via entering a code on the laptop and confirming it on your N72.

Good luck!

I am not 100% sure but, I dont think you can connect the N72 to a laptop via bluetooth. The only connections you can make via bluetooth on the N72 are with other phones, headsets etc.

Hi

Please install the latest "Nokia PC Suite" on your laptop from nokia website. Also install other drivers given in website.

After that try to connect to Mobile from Nokia PC Suite. It should connect properly. It may ask you to install new driver on phone through laptop. let it install. After that bluetooth connection thru laptop should work fine.

I do connect to my laptop using Bluetooth.
