Damaged DVD-ROM

Hello,

My two months old ASUS DVD-ROM 18x is no longer working not even on other PC's.

I'm gonna return it to the store. Should I trade in for the same one or should I choose another DVD-ROM Reader?

Hello

If you are doing lots of DVD copying and pasting, buy another DVD-RW drive. You can copy and paste either way, although one DVD-RW is often enough for the job.
