The connection has timed out

Hello,
i am using windows 7 and also using aircel gprs for connecting internet.i can't open "www.accet.in" the following error will be displayed .please solve it for me.
The connection has timed out



The server at www.accet.in is taking too long to respond.

moments.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Dear Mari,

Its connection speed should be low and hence I will request you to contact your network provider to get it fixed.
