Dear Spence,

Please confirm whether the problem is not coming from its charger by using an alternative charger. If it is not coming from a faulty charger, the problem should be coming from its battery and hence you should have it replaced.

are you 100% sure its the battery cuz i have the same thing going on and i dont want to buy a battery if its not going to work
