Contact service error in nokia7310c

Hello friends,


I have a nokia 7310c phone but whenever I tried to turn in on it gave a msg in the center of the screen saying "contact service" and suddenly it turns off.
i have installed a new battery in it.
and tried at the service center but they could not do anything to it.

please tell me what should i do now.
