Hello, My Gateway will turn on for 10 to 12 seconds and turn off. I can see the fan running, after 10 to 12 seconds turns off. When turned on, light is on at the front of comp. and the switch on light is on. Has win vista os.

Hi there,

Try removing the processor and add more thermal paste to it and check also power supply ,then revert back with more information,feel free to send me a private message.
