Friend unable to view video clips in my FB

Hello,
my friend can't view the video clips I posted in my face book, but he can view youtube in his computer. All my other friends were able to view my video posts, only he was unable to . He has tried many time to set up or reset in his FB privacy and account but still unable to view up.
Don't know how to advice him now.

Dear Sir,

Please consider checking whether the Flash Player needs to be updated or still if you have set restriction on the access to it in your privacy settings.
