Hello, I have an HP laptop (model # dv6000) and I am trying to hook up an NEC projector (model # VT47) to it. But, my computer is seeing the hardware but it doesn't know what to do with it. The computer is supposed to "talk" to the projector to "tell" it what to project. I've tried researching it and nothing extremely has come up. Can you possibly help me with this catastrophe?

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0
