Desktop Icons not displaying

Hello,

I was at my sister's place yesterday and noticed a strange problem from there. When her desktop appears there wasn't anything on it just blank desktop. I tried to lo on to the pc using administrator account but still not woring . Any idea of how i could make things alright?

Hey there,

Acording to me the explorer.exe file might have been damaged and hence I would recommend that you try to repair the windows registry using your windows installation disc. This could be due to a virus but can't remember th name of it.
