The Pentium 4 is a processor, you cant download it.

Processors (CPU) come with any complete computer, It is an physical chip that is attached to the motherboard.

But it can be removed and a faster chip can be installed as long as it is the right socket!

You wont be able to spot it immediately because its probably located under a big fan and heat sink.

If you want to upgrade your processor yourself, make sure you know the socket size, and remember that removing the fan is the hardest part of the procedure; just because the damn things are on there so tight and they can be a b*tch to take off!

But I suggest you pay a professional to upgrade your computer
