Hello

Just download any full version copy of folder lock with similar version of the one your using, example Folder lock v5.7.5 or something like that. Then just Install it. Then let it run automatically after the installation. You will be prompt to login using a new folder lock user id and folder lock registration key. You can use this

FolderLock User ID: NewSoft15805
FolderLock Registration Key: 221281703

After you have entered the information above, follow the programs procedures until registration is finish. Start folder lock and when the program ask for the password, use the folder Registration Key stated above

Hello Atif!

I tried your method of trying to access folder lock by installing another version but it did not work for me, it only installed or changed my version of 5.9.5 to 5.7.5 and it did not give me a chance to enter a new pass word. Can you please assist me with this if you know the answer? Just to make sure you understand what I need here is my problem. I was using the full version of Folder Lock 5.9.5 and was having no problem what-so-ever! That is until I felt compelled to change my password that I had been using for months with no problem remembering it. I have no idea if I was half asleep when I changed it or what but evidently I forgot what I used or something because when type what I thought I chanced it to, it will not open!!!! I have some files in there I need to access but simply can not get to them... I have guessed every password I thought I would have used and just cant get the program to open. If you can assist me I would greatly appreciate it....

Thanks, I installed FREE COMMANDER and it was helpful. I am able to work on the hidden folder now. I copied all the contents of hidden folder to other folder. Deleted the hidden folder. Then renamed and copied the other folder to same location as of hidden folder. Things are back to normal.

Hi, maybe you could try EASEUS Data Recovery Wizard. It could recover the encrypted files on NTFS.
Please get more on http://www.easeus.com/datarecoverywizard/
