i have forgotten my password for my samsung sgh f480 and the master unlock I can't use it because I can't use the * or # buttons...what can I do????

how to reset it when its locked and you hv forgotten the code....

Dear Sir,

Please consider restoring the mobile phone in order to get the code to its original one that was set by the manufacturer and hence get the problem solved.
